The selector lists selected Intel and M1–M5 MacBook Pro models. Apple menu > About This Mac shows the model, year, processor or chip, and memory. Match screen size, storage and graphics options too. The year alone is insufficient; contact us if you cannot identify yours.
Some models qualify with functional or liquid damage; the 2020 M1 Touch Bar model has broken-device options. In that model’s working grades, Good includes light body scratches and shiny keys; Poor includes deep scratches or large dents. Report screen, keyboard, trackpad, speaker and battery faults separately. A missing, damaged or non-genuine Apple charger can reduce the offer. Contact us if your issue is unlisted.
Back up your files, remove Find My and account locks, and follow Apple’s preparation guide. Use Erase All Content and Settings where supported; older Macs need another process. Have your organization remove management restrictions. Confirm eligibility before shipping a repaired or modified Apple device.
