The bulk calculator is the fastest path when your devices are already listed on GoRoostr and you can identify each model and condition. Add your devices, review the quote, and submit the order online.
Not the best path if you have mixed inventory, devices not listed in the calculator, missing model information, or a large asset register that would be easier to upload as a spreadsheet.
Select the device type, model, specs, and condition. Add as many supported devices as needed.
The calculator displays pricing as you build your order. If something isn't listed, use the spreadsheet or custom assessment path.
Once the order is submitted, our team reviews the details and confirms shipping needs.
We provide prepaid insured shipping labels. You package the devices securely and send them to us.
Once received, devices are inspected and processed. Payment is issued after final review according to the selected payment method.
Available payment methods include check, ACH or wire, PayPal & Venmo. Payment is generally completed within 1–5 business days after inspection and final approval depending on order size. Very large orders may take longer.
Once your devices arrive, GoRoostr inspects and processes them through our facility. Secure erasure is included for supported device types. Additional reporting or documentation may be available by request depending on the order type and project scope.
After your bulk calculator order is submitted and your devices arrive, GoRoostr inspects and processes them through an R2v3 Certified operation. Devices are securely erased as part of our process, with basic reporting included where applicable and additional reporting available for qualifying bulk orders.
