Not every bulk sale starts with a perfect device list. You may have mixed inventory, multiple locations, older devices, unknown models, damaged units, locked devices, or a tight timeline. That's where the assessment path fits.
For straightforward shipments, we can provide prepaid insured shipping labels. You box the devices, apply the labels, and send them to our facility.
For qualifying projects within approximately 250 miles of our facility, local pickup may be available — best for larger quantities, higher-value devices, or organizations that need a hands-on logistics option.
For larger or higher-value projects, we may discuss palletized freight or help arrange a logistics plan. If your devices are already palletized, boxed, staged, or spread across locations, include that in the form.
Some projects need more than labels. If you need reporting, erasure documentation, device-level reconciliation, secure destruction, or special handling, include those details in the request.
Submit the form with rough quantities, device types, model details if known, condition, functionality, location, and any project requirements.
Our team reviews the request and confirms whether it's something we can take in. We may ask for photos, serial numbers, a spreadsheet, or more details before approving next steps.
Depending on the project, we may send prepaid labels, discuss local pickup, review freight/pallet options, or recommend a different path.
Once devices arrive, we inspect, identify, and process them. Pricing is provided after review, and any exceptions are communicated clearly.
After final pricing is reviewed and accepted, payment is issued through the approved payment method.

Custom bulk assessments are designed for projects that may involve mixed inventory, higher device counts, logistics coordination, or additional documentation needs. GoRoostr is R2v3 Certified and supports secure processing, secure erasure, responsible recycling, and basic reporting where applicable.
For qualifying projects, additional services such as detailed erasure reports, diagnostic reports, serialized reconciliation, certificates, closeout documentation, and secure physical destruction may be available and may involve additional fees.
