Match every part of the name: Alpha 7 IV, 7R IV and 7S III are different cameras, and ZV-E10 and ZV-E10 II are separate choices. Select the exact model you have rather than the closest name. Choose the cosmetic grade that describes your body, screen and viewfinder, then answer the functional-issue questions. Heavy cosmetic wear does not mean a broken camera qualifies. Sensor damage, liquid damage, a damaged mount or a camera that cannot take photos is excluded by this form.
