The factory warranty seal must be intact. We do not currently buy broken cards or cards with aftermarket modifications or port problems. Tell us about any fault before shipping; cosmetic condition alone does not establish eligibility. Financing and online-service restrictions must be resolved first.
We verify the card’s model, condition and functionality on arrival. If a difference changes the value, we explain a revised offer by email. You can accept it or decline for a free return. Most regular orders are processed and paid within one business day after arrival, once inspection is complete and payment is ready; larger orders or additional review can take longer.
