A working Surface must turn on and run normally, with functioning ports and no liquid damage. We do not buy non-working Surface laptops through this flow. Report listed screen and battery issues separately, follow the eligibility result, and contact us about an issue the form does not describe.
Answer Charger or Laptop Only accurately and send only requested accessories. Brand New Windows devices are opened during evaluation to verify specifications and enrollment or remote management. Opening only for verification does not reduce the quote when submitted details match.
Back up your files and retain your BitLocker recovery key. Remove account and firmware locks; have a work or school administrator release management and Autopilot restrictions. Follow Microsoft's reset instructions to remove personal files.
