Check the Lenovo label for the model and machine type. On ThinkPads, machine type information is next to the serial number. Record the generation, processor, RAM, storage, display and graphics before resetting.
A working Lenovo turns on, has a working motherboard and has no liquid damage. We do not buy non-working Lenovo laptops. Report screen and battery issues separately and follow the eligibility result. Choose the cosmetic grade honestly: shiny keys or scuffs are not flawless condition.
Answer Charger or Laptop Only accurately; send only requested accessories. Back up files, retain your BitLocker recovery key, and remove account and firmware locks. Have any work or school management restrictions released before following Microsoft's reset instructions.
Eligible orders receive prepaid shipping. Hand the package to the carrier within 14 calendar days of ordering. We inspect the model, specifications and condition. If a difference affects value, you can accept a revised offer or decline for a free return. Most regular orders are processed and paid within 1 business day of arrival once inspection is complete and payment is ready; larger orders or additional review may take longer.
