The DJI drone form lists selected Mini, Air, Mavic, Avata and Flip models. Match the exact aircraft and generation, then identify the controller and battery quantity requested for that model. Mini 4 Pro and Mini 5 Pro, or Air 3 and Air 3S, are separate choices. Osmo cameras use the DJI camera page.
The form excludes liquid, crash or structural damage, motor faults, gimbal or camera failure, an account lock you cannot remove, and other functional problems. Cosmetic wear is graded separately. Contact us if the battery, controller or camera is missing; those selections do not receive an online offer.
Declare the chargers, case, gimbal cover and other items the form asks about. Wait for a confirmed offer and follow the order instructions for accessories and packing. Inspection checks the submitted model, condition and functionality before payment. Missing quoted accessories can reduce the offer.
