Working condition and accessories The current Apple Watch flow requires a working watch without liquid damage. A watch with a cracked or broken screen, functional or connectivity faults, or other conditions classed as Broken is not eligible. Describe cosmetic wear using the on-page grade definitions. Follow the quote and order instructions for bands, chargers, and other included items. Unpair before shipping Use Apple’s instructions to unpair the watch from your iPhone and enter your Apple Account password to remove Activation Lock. Preserve information you want to keep first. For a cellular watch, remove its cellular plan and contact your carrier about the subscription. Erasing the watch alone does not remove Activation Lock. Inspection and payment We verify the watch against the quoted model and condition. If a difference changes its value, we explain the revised offer.
