We will give you instant price quotes for each device after selecting all of their details. Add as many devices as you want to your bulk order.
After accepting our offer and submitting your order, we will email you within one business day to discuss next steps as well as shipping details for your order such as how many labels you'll need. We cover shipping by providing prepaid insured FedEx labels, and your only job would be to securely package all devices.
As soon as your devices arrive at our facility we will notify you via email. At this point we will begin processing them right away and erasing them to NIST 800-88 standards. We are R2v3 Certified so we can ensure everything will be handled properly. Bulk buyback orders take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days to process depending on the quantity. Most orders are processed within 2 business days.
Once we're finished, we'll provide you with any feedback on our inspection and discuss payment steps. Your payment is issued, in your specified method, as soon as everything is completed! Erasure reports can be provided by request.
