We can never tell customers too many times, but please make sure your device is packaged well in a box. Every one of our FedEx labels is fully insured for the full device price, but if it is not packaged well the FedEx insurance will be void.

Use a good sturdy box slightly larger than the device (please do not use an envelope, bubble mailer, or just the devices original box)
Use multiple layers of bubble wrap on the device
Use void fill/packing material to assure that all of the free space in the box is filled and the device won't shift in transit
Don't forget to include your charger if you had selected it as being included
Then just tape the box shut, tape on the FedEx label, and drop it off at any FedEx location or contact FedEx to schedule a pick up. To find the nearest FedEx drop-off location click here.
Please make sure your package is scanned at the time of pick-up/drop-off to ensure there is a FedEx record of it being in their possession. Please do not place your package in an unattended FedEx drop box and only use a staffed FedEx location.
